fermentation!

In our menu we have two manufacturers who rely on nonalcoholic fermentation: “native grape” from Austria and “novino” from Berlin.

The sweetness of the grapes is significantly reduced by the fermentation and there are light fermentation and wonderfully complex fruit notes that combine with the characteristic aroma of the grape variety. The taste of novino is unique and opens up a completely new and unique dimension of taste!

native grape is produced in the well-known wine-growing town of Gols in Burgenland and is the world’s first non-alcoholic fermented grape drink.
